Delivery to the United Kingdom:

Please understand we are a small independent business. We process, package and use the local post office for all orders. This therefore, at times, can take a little longer as we don't have the capacity to be able to do it as fast as the big boys do.. but we are very grateful for your order and will get to work packaging up your goodies and get them on there way to you as soon as possible. 

UK STANDARD £3.50 (MAINLAND UK) 

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail and are estimated to arrive between 3-5 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT working days. We aim to post orders the same day but please allow a day or two to get your item/s sorted and for us to tootle down to the post office. 

UK EXPRESS £4.95 (MAINLAND UK) - Excludes Bank Holiday & Weekends (TRACKED)

These orders are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class and should arrive with 1-2 working days.

Orders received after 3pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.  Next working day cannot be guaranteed. 

 

COLLECT FROM STORE - FREE (BOWNESS ON WINDERMERE ONLY)

Orders placed before 3pm can be collected on the same day. Usually processed within an hour (due to stock availability) you will receive an email confirming when your parcel is ready to be collected from Blue Owl Bowness. Excludes weekends (weekend orders processed Monday) & Bank Holiday.

PLEASE NOTE

  • All delivery time frames are estimations

  • There are no collections processed over bank holiday weekends

  • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day

  • Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend any items or cancel orders
  • Please ensure all delivery addresses and instructions are entered correctly.  Any parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge, payable by the customer
  • Once we have dispatched your goods your order is then in the hands of Royal Mail.
